YOUniversal Education Services develops inclusive, practical learning experiences for young people and the adults who support them. Our work spans sexual health, mental health, substance use, food literacy violence prevention, and diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice. We work in schools, universities, community organizations, out-of-school-time programs, and other settings, with particular attention to young people whose identities and communities have been marginalized or under-resourced.

We’d love to talk about your project! Let us know what you’re working on and how we can support you!
Collaborative Processes with Partners
We design programming to meet the unique needs of each partner we serve. We start by learning about the strengths of the young people and staff they support, the concerns they want to address, and the opportunities they see for growth. Then we shape a plan together, refine it through conversation, and bring it to life.
Discovery
You are the experts on the people and communities you serve. We strive to listen with humility to understand your needs and your goals.
Proposal
Based on what we learn, we offer a pragmatic approach laid out in a straightforward way and tailored to your organization as a starting point.
Iteration
We work together to refine the plan until it fits and until all stakeholdergs feel solid about moving ahead.
Implementation
We put the plan into action! And we stay responsive to what we learn along the way. We are flexible, adaptable, and always willing to adjust so our programs are more resonant and impactful for the people and communities you support.
